Start

Who it is for

A practice with a name, not a catalog.

This package is for a specialized business in Iran that needs a clear public site: what you do, who does it, and how a person gets in touch. It is the wrong fit for a national marketplace, a mobile app, or an internal operations system.

  • Psychology clinic

Visitors need the services, the clinicians, and a way to ask for a session. A shop theme does not know that path.

  • A practice

One person, one field, a few services. The pages should say that — not a menu written for everyone.

  • Tax firm

Trust is built before the call. Scope of work, who is responsible, and a direct way to write — without looking like a template.

  • School or institute

Parents need courses, registration, and contact without hunting. Extra pages only if the content is real.

  • Other specialized work

A repair shop, a professional service, a narrow school of training — when the audience is specific and a public shop theme is the wrong tool.

Delivery

What you actually get.

One fixed scope. About eight pages, built for that business, handed over on your domain. Not a theme with the logo swapped.

  • Custom design and front-end. The page structure follows your services, not a generic store layout sold to everyone.
  • About eight pages: home, about, services, team or clinician, contact, and one or two extra pages if the content needs them — a method, or a single service that should stand alone.
  • Mobile first. Most visits arrive on a phone; the layout starts there and stays readable on a desk.
  • A clean base for search: one main heading, titles, a plain description, internal links, and text that says what the page is. This is structure, not a promise of rank.
  • One form: contact, a session request, or a lead. It matches how you actually answer, and it is protected against simple spam.
  • Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram so the path off the page is not a dead end.
  • SSL on your domain, baseline security headers, and a short handover so someone on your side can change ordinary content.
  • One revision round after the preview. Further rounds, extra pages, or a second language are priced before they are built.

Custom

Where a shared theme falls short.

Site builders and shop themes are fine for a catalog or a one-page card. They get in the way when the work is a practice: services are not products on a shelf, trust sits on a name and a face, and the form has to do what the front desk does.

A shared theme ships the same blocks to every client. Headlines stay generic. The appointment button often goes nowhere. After launch, a small change means fighting the theme settings, or paying again when the theme updates.

Custom, here, means the information architecture is for that visitor: a clinic client, a taxpayer, a parent. The page count stays near eight because more pages, without real content, is noise. The layout belongs to the project.

It does not mean an app, a clinic CRM, or a booking system with patient records. When the work becomes daily operations, that is another product — CheckOn is that kind of system — and it is outside this price.

Technical quality

The basics, without extra claims.

SSL so the address opens with a lock. Baseline security headers so the browser does not fall back to sloppy defaults. The form rejects simple bulk spam. That is the security in this package.

Pages stay readable on a phone, images are not loaded for decoration, and headings are in order so a person and a search engine can both tell what the page is. Speed matters because a heavy page gets abandoned.

What this is not: banking-grade security, storage of medical records, or a hospital standard. The package is a public site that earns a conversation. Sensitive clinical or tax data needs a separate system, and it is not sold here.

Process

Four steps. Two to three weeks.

The clock starts when the content and the access are actually in — not when the first message arrives.

  1. Brief and access

Services, audience, a site you consider serious, plus domain access and the text and photos. Without those, the calendar does not start.

  2. Structure and preview

The page map and a preview, so the direction is visible before details get locked.

  3. Build and content

Pages, the form, the messengers, and the words you supplied — placed, not invented as a slogan.

  4. Revision and handover

One revision on the preview, then the move to your domain and a short lesson in editing ordinary content.

Price

20 million tomans. The scope above.

20,000,000 tomans

The number covers the list in this page: custom design and build, about eight pages, one form, messenger links, SSL and baseline headers, handover on your domain, a short content lesson, and one revision after preview.

Payment is half to start and half when the final version is delivered. Work does not enter the queue without the deposit. Domain renewal and hosting fees are yours; they are not folded into the 20 million.

If an extra page, a second language, or a shop becomes necessary, the price is said before it is built. You will not meet a new number at the end.

Outside the package

  • A mobile app.
  • A CRM or a heavy internal admin.
  • Paid advertising.
  • A heavy photo or video production.
  • Monthly support. That can be agreed separately, with its own fee.

Live

Sites and products you can open.

The clinic and practice sites are the closest relatives of this package. CheckOn and Panah are products — operations and care between sessions — not an eight-page site, and not included in the 20 million.

At Tobix I led product and marketing in the same room: roughly 100% growth in digital sales, and 34,000+ on the audience we grew. That is a record of growth work. It is not a guarantee that your site will rank first on Google.

FAQ

Before you write.

Is the price really 20 million tomans?

Yes, for the scope on this page. About eight custom pages, one form, messenger links, SSL, baseline headers, handover on your domain, a short editing lesson, and one revision. Extra pages, a second language, a shop, or monthly support are not inside that number.

How long does it take?

About two to three weeks after the content and the access arrive. If text or photos land late, the calendar moves by the same amount. I will not promise a faster date by skipping the preview.

Is it WordPress?

It is not a public shop theme. The site is designed and built for that practice. If you already have a WordPress site, the text and images we need can move across. A plugin shop or a heavy admin is outside this package.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

You do. The site is delivered on your domain. Renewal of the domain, and the hosting bill, stay with you — they are not part of the 20 million. If you do not have hosting yet, we pick a plain fit at the start and you hold the account.

Is monthly support included?

No. Handover includes a short lesson so ordinary text can be updated. A monthly retainer — fixes, small edits, watching the form — is a separate agreement. I will not quietly fold it into the build price.

How many revision rounds?

One round after the preview, on the agreed pages. A new page, a new section that was not in the map, or a second full pass is scoped and priced before it starts.

How does the deposit work?

Fifty percent to start, fifty percent when the final version is handed over on your domain. The first half is what puts the work on the calendar.

How much SEO is inside the price?

The base: sensible titles, one clear heading, mobile layout, a fast page, internal links, and copy that names the service. Ongoing SEO, content marketing, and paid ads are not included. Nothing here guarantees a Google position.

Who writes the text and brings the photos?

You provide the real services, names, and photos. I structure them into pages and write the headings so the path is clear. If the text is thin, a short interview becomes the skeleton and you approve it. A full advertising shoot or video is outside the package.

What if we need more pages later?

Say so before it is built. A page or two beyond the eight can be added with a clear price. A shop, a booking system with records, or a second language is a different scope — not a silent extra on this invoice.
