I started by making things work: code, sites, and systems that had to hold real traffic and real users.
Then growth: how people find a product, decide to stay, and pay. At Tobix I led engineering and marketing, and helped drive roughly 100% digital sales growth and tens of thousands of new followers.
Now, through NORA, I take market problems into live products — CheckOn, Panah, tax and school systems, clinics — and I stay close to the build.
