Case: Panah — care between therapy sessions

A digital companion so mental-health work does not stop when the session ends.

Problem. Therapy often loses momentum between sessions. Clients leave without a clear structure for exercises, status, and follow-up — and clinicians cannot see what happened in the gap.

What I did. I designed and built Panah as a product that keeps structured exercises, status tracking, and follow-up workflows alive between sessions — with a planned pilot of about 100 clients at a psychology center.

Outcome. Panah is live at panah.life as a companion for care after the room closes. It sits in NORA’s mental-health line alongside clinic sites and practice tools.
