Case: NimaLiat & CheckOn Tax — practice plus operations
Public practice site and a specialized ops environment for a senior tax firm.
Problem. A tax practice needs two layers: a credible public face, and an internal system for taxpayers, cases, documents, deadlines, payments, and team work — not a generic CRM.
What I did. I led digital product and growth work across brand, sites, CRM workflows, and the specialized CheckOn Nimaliat build — tying product, marketing, and technology for seminars and daily operations.
Outcome. nimaliat.com is the public practice of Dr. Nima Ghiyasvand. checkon.nimaliat.com is the live tax-operations environment. The firm’s work and its market face share one ecosystem.
