Case: CheckOn — operations that teams can see
Problem → my work → outcome. How CheckOn became the live ops layer for complex organizations.
Problem. Complex teams lose the work across projects, processes, documents, and meetings. Spreadsheets and chat do not show who owns what, what is blocked, or what is due.
What I did. Through NORA I led product strategy, architecture, UI/UX, and hands-on development of CheckOn — a modular B2B platform for structure, roles, projects, tasks, workflows, documents, communications, calendars, and management dashboards.
Outcome. The product is live at checkon.team. The same system runs a tax firm’s day-to-day work at checkon.nimaliat.com. Organizations can see the work in one place instead of hunting across tools.
